How it works
From a changed file to a recoverable version.
AgooCloud separates control, transfer and storage so your Windows agent never needs direct access to external object storage.
Scan and calculate changes
The agent reads files in chunks and creates privacy-preserving content identifiers. AgooCloud replies with only the chunks missing from the account.
Encrypt and relay
Missing chunks are encrypted locally when enabled, then uploaded over TLS to app.agoocloud.com. The API verifies the transfer and writes it to Wasabi.
Finalize a restore point
The server stores a version manifest only after all referenced chunks exist. Dashboard statistics and device health update when the session completes.
Restore through AgooCloud
The app requests the selected version from the AgooCloud API, downloads its chunks and decrypts them locally with the user's password.
